The state-run temporary shelter service provided by local social services centres (ТЦСОН). This service is available in virtually every town or city, based on your registered address or actual place of residence.

Important: this assistance is NOT anonymous and is NOT confidential. Information regarding your admission is passed on to the police, and if you have children, to the child welfare authorities. A passport is required for admission.
